Conduct a live phone conversation that we call our “Seine-Screen Interview.” During this call, we’ll go through a number of things to give us both a better understanding of whether or not the role aligns with your experience, interests, and career goals.
Once we confirm your eligibility for and interest in the role, we’ll schedule a Management Interview for you to talk with one of our executives. This brief call helps answer any questions you have and gives us one more chance to ensure we have a strong mutual alignment between you and the job.
We submit a Secure Comprehensive Profile Packet directly to the hiring manager endorsing you as a great fit and a must-interview. When you’re selected for an interview, we help you prepare so you can go in feeling informed and confident.
If the hiring organization chooses not to bring you in for an interview, we’ll seek to understand why and communicate to you. Then we’ll get to work to find another opportunity for you.
