Gary has been with TEG Global/Seine since 2014. Initially starting in purely a technical recruiting role, he now has combined both his recruiting & sales skills to the benefit of Seine. Having been in the Information Technology arena for most of his career, Gary is reconnecting with his business relationships to garner new contracts in a sales capacity to conduct IT staffing business for Seine.

What do you love about recruiting?
I am a people person and I really enjoy providing something of value (a service, a recommendation, a lead, etc), something that benefits them. Ultimately, I want a happy customer and see a smile on their face. Bottom line is that it is a very rewarding position and my beliefs align with that of the Seine leaders.
Why are you passionate about?
Golf, fishing, hockey (playing & watching), history, reading, and helping others to name a few.
What did you do prior to Seine?
For the most part I have been in Information Technology sales, professional services, virtualization infrastructure, providing greener solutions for data center support, and provided software, database and security solutions for my customers. I regularly called on Fortune 1000 companies that have GRC, risk management, network security, and regulatory compliance needs.
What is unique about Seine in terms of how we work with candidates and clients?
Seine takes a personal approach to working with candidates and clients. The main reason I chose to work at Seine was because of my experience interviewing with them and meeting everyone on the team. I enjoy the team, I like how they interact with everyone, and, I value the opportunity to provide the best IT staffing industry experience to all of my candidates and clientele!
Now that I am a part of the Seine team, I understand that everyone working at Seine is true to themselves and everyone around them. We really do care about candidates, no matter where they end up working. Seine focuses on connecting with people and forming long lasting business relationships that extend beyond a single job interview.
