What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about spending quality time with the people — and animals! — that I love. Whether I’m traveling to new places or just chilling at home, spending quality time with my friends, family, and pets is the most important thing to me.
As far as hobbies go, I enjoy running, crocheting and knitting, watching TV shows, and traveling. Most recently, my best friend and I took an amazing trip to the south of France. In the near future, we’re hoping to go on another road trip across the US.
Why do you like recruiting?
I enjoy having a job where I get to speak with new people and help connect them to potentially life altering opportunities. Finding a new job is a big deal and it can be a nerve-wracking process, so I like that I get to help people work through that process and I am able to support them along the way.
What did you do before Seine?
Before Seine, I primarily worked in child care and education. I graduated from Marquette with a Psychology and Sociology degree in 2022. After teaching kindergarten for a brief period of time, I decided to pivot in my career. I wanted to work in a field that allowed me to have a better work-life balance, while still having the opportunity to work with people, so I decided to pursue a career in recruiting.
What is unique about how Seine works with candidates and clients?
Seine takes a personal approach to working with candidates and clients. The main reason I chose to work at Seine was because of my experience interviewing with them and meeting everyone on the team. I could be completely honest and true to myself during my interviews with them, and it felt like they really cared about where I ended up in my career.
Now that I am a part of the Seine team, I understand that everyone working at Seine is genuine in their feelings and they really do care about candidates, no matter where they end up working. Seine focuses on connecting with people and forming relationships that extend beyond a single job interview.

- TV shows: Community, New Girl, The Office (of course), Shameless, Euphoria, and any good docuseries or reality show (Below Deck Med is one of my favorites)
- Food: Raising Cane’s, Shake Shack, and Brunch MKE
- Teams: I’m not a huge sports fan, but I’ll always root for the MU Golden Eagles!
